Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights regarding your personal data processed by Franquette Ltd:

• Access: to know whether we process your data and obtain a copy.
• Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: to have your data deleted when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Restriction: to request that we limit processing in certain circumstances.
• Portability: to receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used format.
• Objection: to object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
• Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting prior processing.
• Automated decisions: not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. We do not make such decisions.

2. How to exercise your rights

Send your request using the privacy request form on this website or by email to franquette.mallorca@gmail.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity. The service is free of charge.

3. Response time

We will respond within one month of receiving your request. This period may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will inform you within the first month.

4. Complaints

If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
