1. Provider
Franquette Ltd, trading as Franquette, tax identification number [to be completed], with registered address at Carrer de Santiago Rusiñol, 16, Centre, 07012 Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears, Spain (hereinafter, "Franquette"). Email: franquette.mallorca@gmail.com. Telephone: +34 659 79 70 73.
2. Scope
These terms govern bookings for events organised by Franquette, catering services, buffets, private experiences and privatisations of the venue. Specific conditions stated in an event listing, proposal or confirmation take precedence over these general terms.
3. Bookings and enquiries
Places at events are booked online and confirmed upon payment. Catering and privatisation requests are enquiries until Franquette confirms them in writing. Privatisations must be requested at least 3 days in advance and no more than 180 days ahead, for 10-40 guests. A date is reserved only when the request has been accepted and any required deposit has been paid.
4. Prices, deposits and payment
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. For catering and privatisations, Franquette may require a deposit to secure the date, with the balance payable by the date stated in the proposal. Company customers invoiced directly must pay within 14 days of the invoice date.
5. Cancellation by the customer
Unless different conditions are stated for a specific event or in a proposal, the following cancellation terms apply:
[to be completed]
Cancellations must be made in writing to franquette.mallorca@gmail.com. The date of receipt determines which conditions apply.
6. Changes to guest numbers and menus
The final number of guests and any dietary requirements must be confirmed within the deadline stated in the proposal. Reductions after that deadline may be charged in full. Allergen and dietary information must be provided in advance so that we can take appropriate measures.
7. Cancellation or changes by Franquette
Franquette may change or cancel an event for reasons beyond its control, including adverse weather, safety concerns or insufficient participation. In that case the customer may choose an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid, without further liability for Franquette.
8. Conduct and liability
Guests must follow staff instructions and the rules of the venue. The customer is responsible for damage caused by their guests, except normal wear. Franquette is not responsible for personal belongings left at the venue.
9. Photography
Franquette may take photographs at events for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear may inform staff, and their choice will be respected.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
