catering
How far in advance should we book catering?
For villa tables and celebrations, two to four weeks is comfortable. Boat and picnic deliveries we can often arrange with 48 hours' notice in shoulder season.
Do you deliver across the whole island?
Yes. Palma and the southwest are standard; the Tramuntana, Alcúdia and the east coast carry a travel supplement quoted with your proposal.
Can you handle allergies and dietary requirements?
Always. Every product and menu carries an allergen list, and we build a dietary matrix for events before service.

What does membership actually include?
Member pricing across the boutique, access to the members-only venue, early access to seasonal releases and guest passes. Higher tiers add a standing table and cellar allocation.
Is the members' venue open to the public?
No. The venue is for members and their guests, with a small number of seats released for private bookings.

How do boutique orders work?
Order online for pickup in Palma or island delivery. Everything is made to order, so we confirm a collection window by email.
Can you invoice a company?
Yes. Choose company purchase at checkout and add your legal name and tax ID; we issue a proper VAT invoice.
